Mark and Xiangpeng will attend IXS2026, the 14th International Conference on Inelastic X-ray Scattering, at Argonne National Laboratory on September 13–18. On Monday, September 14, Mark will chair the 4d & 5d Oxides I session and give a talk on magnetically coupled excitons in van der Waals quantum materials; Xiangpeng will present his work on dark excitons in few-layer CrI₃.
